Wilmington resident Elizabeth DeBiasi has been elected to the International Board of Directors for Easter Seals, the leading nonprofit provider of services for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities and other special needs. DeBiasi was named to the board during its October 2014 meeting in Washington, D.C.

DeBiasi has worked in various capacities within the banking industry for more than 20 years. For the past decade with CLB Advisory, DeBiasi has worked with banking clients on strategic development and implementation. In her current position as a vice president at CLB Advisory, she works in the middle market advisory group, specifically in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital structure analysis, valuation and strategic analysis.
Prior to joining CLB Advisory, DeBiasi served as a national manager in the financial advisory training group at Bank of America, where she led the development and delivery of programs in corporate finance, valuation, capital structure and strategic analysis. Her range of industry experience includes manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, general contracting, financial intermediaries and service industries. DeBiasi’s additional community and regional service includes being a guest lecturer and developing case studies for Babson College and the Darden School of Business at the
University of Virginia, as well as serving on the board of directors for Easter Seals UCP of North Carolina and Virginia.
