The Low Payment Kings family of automotive dealerships is pleased to announce their Degrees at Work Program.  A first for the industry, this program pays for the tuition of any team member interested in pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree while working at any of their six dealerships in Michigan, Ohio, and Florida.

“We are ecstatic about this program,” beams co-owner and sales manager Ralph Mahalak, Jr.  “The Degrees at Work program is the centerpiece of our Earn and Learn Initiative so we can attract top notch talent to our dealerships.  Bottom line: when an individual joins our team, they have the opportunity to receive an education or further their studies while being gainfully employed.  Only with the Low Payment Kings dealerships can you make a living, go to school, save money in your 401k, become extremely marketable, and best of all, graduate debt free.”

A new and used dealership consortium, the Low Payment Kings consist of the Monroe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Superstore in Monroe, Michigan, the Buckeye Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Superstore in Shelby, Ohio, and in central Florida, Posner Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram just outside Orlando in Davenport, Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Winter Haven, Alfa Romeo/FIAT of Winter Haven, and Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.  Each location is proudly a 5 Star Dealership, benchmarked by Chrysler for their excellence in customer service and satisfaction.  Owned by the Mahalak Auto Group, the organization is currently preparing to celebrate their 50th anniversary.

“As the auto industry grows, we too want to give the opportunity for others to grow,” shares co-owner JP Mahalak.  “Even individuals who have never thought of the auto industry before as a career will find a wealth of opportunity with us.”  Each dealership is multifaceted, offering a wide scope of diverse jobs.  “When some think of jobs at dealerships they often think of only sales positions, but not with the Low Payment Kings,” continues co-owner Alex Mahalak.  “True, we are always looking for new sales team members, but we also offer exciting opportunities in managerial, IT, accounting, marketing and advertising, social media, call centers, service advisors, and for body shop and collision technicians and mechanics.”

Associates, bachelors’, and master degrees are earned from Strayer University, in such distinct fields as accounting, business, criminal justice, information systems and technology, economics, human resource management, marketing, nursing and more.  “This is also our way of giving back to the community,” JP Mahalak adds.  “We constantly hear about rising college tuition costs in the media and even if an individual cannot afford, let’s say a BA in Nursing, if they come to work for us, our dealership family will pay for that degree.”

Established in 1892, Strayer University currently has 40,000 students enrolled in 80 campuses across the United States.  Both online and physical classroom courses are available to Low Payment King team members.

“Even if an individual is unsure of their career, the Low Payment kings are a great place to start.  We’ll put you on the right path while giving you a paycheck, allow you to gain plenty of experience, and pay for your education,” smiles co-owner Mike Mahalak.  “We call it LPKU, or Low Payment Kings University.”
