Boxer Property Adds Another Galleria Area Building to its Houston Portfolio

Houston-based Boxer Property announced today its agreement with WEDGE Properties Management Corporation to lease office and retail space at its property, Yorktown Plaza, at 5353 & 5373 West Alabama St, Houston, TX 77056. The 195,000 square foot property features twin six-story office towers on a corner lot with retail and medical space on the ground level. Yorktown Plaza is located in the heart of the Galleria area, just one block west of the Galleria.

Doug Pack, Director of Asset Management, negotiated the agreement on behalf of Boxer Property. “We are very happy to begin working with WEDGE Properties Management Corporation. Our teams work well together, and we are confident that our leasing will exceed WEDGE’s expectations.” This new assignment brings Boxer Property’s Houston portfolio to 59 properties totaling 8MM square feet of office, retail and industrial space. “We are pleased with the growth we have seen in our Houston portfolio over the past six months, and the success we have had with our third party property management and leasing program,” adds Pack.
