Capitol Care Holds Staff Appreciation Event, Celebrates 15 Years of Service

Company Boasts Dedication, Passion of Staff Members

On Monday, December 16, 2013, Capitol Care Inc. celebrated 15 years of providing services to individuals in the state of New Jersey. The company hosted an event to recognize the dedication their employees demonstrate to mental health, substance abuse and intellectual disability issues on a daily basis. The well-attended event hosted 170 employees from all over the state for dinner at The Lafayette House.

Capitol Care’s Chief Executive Officer, Tina Cooke, spoke about the importance of recognizing the hard work and service employees provide, even in an economic environment where many employers find it difficult to do so. “It is essential to demonstrate compassion and care not only to the individuals our agency serves, but to the hardworking staff that essentially keeps our organization running.”

Capitol Care employees provide care and services every day that make the company a leader in providing comprehensive behavioral health services. Capitol Care works to enable those with mental health concerns and other co-occurring disorders to lead full, rich and rewarding lives. To truly provide successful and comprehensive care requires year round dedication and perseverance, even in the most trying of circumstances.

In recognition of that effort and the resulting, positive impact on consumers served, Capitol Care executive, administrative and human resources staff organize this yearly event with a single goal in mind: appreciation and recognition. The evening’s agenda provided each employee with a fun filled night and wonderful opportunities to interact with agency staff located throughout northern and central New Jersey.
