It just keeps getting better. That’s what Debbie Smith must be thinking... and she’d be right.

She has been recognized once again not just for her work but for her contribution to the community and the impact she is making.

She has been named Broker of the Year in the "Mega Office" category. This is no small feat.

The purpose of that award is to select and recognize publicly the Broker or Managing Broker who has distinguished themselves by their contribution to the profession, the Realtors Association, the image of Realtors and the community at large.

No one is indeed more deserving than Debbie Smith, the President of Home Run Real Estate, Inc.

Debbie does it all and then some. She donates to the Palm Beach County School for Autism, Susan G. Komen for the Cure- breast cancer research, the Palm Beach County food Bank, Toys for tots, American Cancer Society, and the American Heart Association.  She also sits on the Florida Association of Realtors "top 50 brokers" committee, and on the grievance committee for the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches.

She is a graduate of the leadership academy with the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches as well.

It's really easy to read all that and not know the personal story of dedication, hard work and tenacity that has produced such a profile.

Prior to real estate, Debbie worked in retail management. In 1998, she decided to change her career and shortly after, became a broker. She didn't stop there. She opened her first office in 2003. She hasn't stopped there either.

Her passion for development and knowledge has helped create the only real state boot camp in Florida.

Today, Home Run Real Estate has 4 offices and 425 Realtors.

Following dreams, working hard, giving back and helping people. This is what it's like to be Debbie Smith, and it just keeps getting better.
