Today, Brightpearl announced that Jericho Coffee Traders, an Oxford-based coffee roaster and coffee retailer, is ranked 3rd in their list of the top 50 UK eCommerce businesses in 2021!
Brightpearl’s annual Lightning 50, sponsored by Trustpilot, identifies the fastest growing online UK retailers during the past 12 months. The business sectors reviewed include Home & Garden, Health and Fitness, and Clothing.
Revenue growth was a significant consideration in the Lightning 50 rankings. Jericho Coffee Traders faced increased competition as other coffee roasters and coffee retailers shifted to online sales during the pandemic, so their 683% growth in sales is no small achievement!
I’ve been working with Jericho Coffee Traders for the past 12-months to help them develop the eCommerce side of their retail business.
Much of the digital marketing focus has been on growing their home-delivery coffee subscriptions which recently hit a significant milestone of 500+ regular customers. This subscription growth was achieved through a mix of SEO, digital advertising, content development, eCommerce optimisation, and personalised email marketing automation and communications.
