What is CTO Craft?
CTO Craft is a mentoring community and coaching practice that works with CTOs, engineering managers, teams, and entire businesses to build strategy and leadership skills through organized and bespoke coaching, mentoring, workshops and training.
CTO Craft wants to improve the quality of technology leadership in many organizations, by providing key support to leaders throughout their careers, improving their relationships with others and the work itself, and reducing the chance of burnout.
The organization strives to increase the chances of businesses' success by helping technology leaders gain better alignment with other departments and set clear expectations for their teams and direct reports.
CTO Craft is working on the biggest CTO Craft conference ever - four days of amazing talks and insights from the best engineering leaders and subject matter experts in the world.
This is the third CTO Craft Conference, which will be filled with stories, case studies, and best practices on four key topics: Hiring, Learning & Development, Strategy, plus Burnout & Stress in engineering teams and leaders.
The event will share with attendees the best practices that CTOs at some of the most successful companies in the world have used to plan and populate teams, foster a culture of learning and continuous growth, build alignment by communicating a clear strategy, and help teams deal with periods of stress and burnout. All the conference sessions will also be available to watch later in the form of recordings so that the learning never stops.
The event is called "CTO Craft Con 3.0” and will be held from November 8th to 11th, 2021 and the timings are 4 pm to 7 pm (UK time).
Over 500 CTOs and Tech leaders are expected to attend; click here to know more.
