How Stevens Cooperative School Reaches the Young Minds of Hudson County

For nearly 75 years, Stevens Cooperative School has created a learning environment that is challenging, exciting, and student-centered. Founded in 1949 by professors at Stevens Institute of Technology, Stevens began as a playgroup for their own young children. Today, the school has grown to nearly 430 students from PreK 3 through 8th grade and has expanded its reach to campuses located in both Hoboken and Jersey City.

Stevens’ Senior Administration is made up of 11 leaders whose responsibilities include academic management, curriculum development, equity and student services, auxiliary programs, and more.
