Imran Khan has praised India, saying Pakistan trails in the I.T. sector. The Pakistan PM underlined that within 15-20 years, India's tech exports have surged to $150 billion. Speaking at an event in Lahore a few days back, the Pakistan PM also lauded India for policies aimed at attracting investments and exports. Pakistan's economy is in shambles; the country's citizens are squeezed by inflation and foreign debt. Pakistan's currency has also depreciated more than 11% since the start of the last year, with reports suggesting that the value of the Pakistani Rupee has declined 30% in around 40 months.

Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav on Wednesday urged job aspirants not to destroy public property and assured them that their grievances would be resolved as candidates went on a rampage over alleged irregularities in a recruitment exam. His comments came after violent protests by job aspirants erupted in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. Vaishnav said the Railways is in touch with chief ministers and the issue is being handled 'sensitively'.
