However, the reviews for most of those apps reveal that they fail to deliver what they promise; frustrated users who wrote these reviews speak of unreliable service, long wait times, and rude dispatchers. In short, the reviews say that most of the apps fail to provide stranded motorists with the help that they desperately need when they need it most.

If the technician passes on the opportunity, a relay system sends the opportunity to the next nearest Roadr certified specialist.

When users access the app to find assistance, they will be provided instant pricing, as well as information on time of arrival that is updated in real time.
Otiniel was motivated to develop the app after a personal experience he had with being stranded on the roadside. “My car broke down in a dangerous neighborhood at night. After reaching out to AAA, I waited two hours for help to arrive,” he explains. “Everything about the situation was a problem — the lack of efficient coordination, unsafe scenario, unknown ETA for help, and the unknown identity of the technician. Roadr was developed to fix all of those problems. It is a reliable safety net for motorists whenever and wherever their vehicles break down.”
