The company provides access to the patient's health history on the platform, and will bring in health histories from other providers and networks. Patients can use the debit card provided to pay for in-person visits and prescriptions. The cost is $0 regardless of whether the prescription is delivered or picked up. There are no copays, deductibles or other fees aside from the patient’s subscription, even if the patient has a visit during the month.
