River Health plans begin at $35 a month. Services include unlimited virtual care, in-person doctor's visits, prescriptions, lab testing, chronic disease management, and mental health and therapy services. Patients can have sick visits and get treatment for over 300 conditions virtually, including birth control and sexual health. River Health also offers in-person appointments with UHC Choice network providers, CVS clinics and other partners. This gives members access to 25,000 providers nationally. Members can expect similar care as they would get at a doctor's office or clinic, including treatment for minor cuts and burns, and prescriptions.
The company provides access to the patient's health history on the platform, and will bring in health histories from other providers and networks. Patients can use the debit card provided to pay for in-person visits and prescriptions. The cost is $0 regardless of whether the prescription is delivered or picked up. There are no copays, deductibles or other fees aside from the patient’s subscription, even if the patient has a visit during the month.
With clients like Cracker Barrel, Pacific Bells, and Kohl’s, River Health is quickly becoming the go-to choice for affordable employee benefits.
