Company Sage, a legal technology firm that specializes in providing small business owners with an easy-to-use platform to run their business more efficiently, has announced a new partnership with Wyoming LLC Attorney to provide ten LLCs per month to young adults who demonstrate entrepreneurial potential. The initiative intends to provide young self-starters with the necessary legal assistance to succeed. The program also ensures ongoing support and consulting services to help them avoid the potential pitfalls of an early entrepreneurial career.
The recipients will receive a free consultation with an attorney (normally worth several hundred dollars) to discuss the legal aspects of starting a business. The students will also receive expert advice to get their businesses set up, be taught what an operating agreement is, the particular benefits of safeguarding your business, and more.
To ensure that the program reaches the right people, Company Sage plans to partner with leaders of young entrepreneurship clubs across the United States. The leaders will choose the applicants they view as having the most potential and select the ten recipients.

In addition to the LLC and consultation, Company Sage will provide ongoing support to the recipients through consistent access to a team of paralegals, as well as a 37-page in-depth guide on how an LLC can successfully be run. This support will help the young entrepreneurs manage all legal and administrative tasks associated with running a small business, such as avoiding lawsuits, getting their EIN and bank account set up.
