Obstacles have emerged, but Harsha believes that architecting proprietary solutions and methodologies is his calling. His fast-growing companies demonstrate Harsha’s ability to brainstorm in-demand products and services and bring them to people who need them.

Harsha’s professional background began in chemical engineering. His love for problem-solving inspired him to earn a master’s in this topic and then later an MBA. Harsha then spent over six years transforming fragmented processes into efficient, seamless solutions with a global advisory firm. This experience has trained Harsha to use his engineering mindset and implement this in the consulting world.
After departing from this position, Harsha found work in a high-growth local startup. This role gave him the chance to wear several hats and inspired him to found his own company. While there, Harsha opened Redsun Solutions in 2021, like many of his other endeavors, profit wasn’t Harsha’s main focus. He was more interested in building effective, in-demand products rather than building wealth. Since then, Redsun Solutions has seen rapid growth and has transformed from a small startup to a successful consulting firm that works with prominent companies in all sectors. Harsha is always thinking about how to solve issues in the world which has led him to come up with Redy Technologies.

During COVID, he recognized a technical gap in the market which spurred him to found Redy Technologies, a startup offering contactless order and payment solutions for restaurants. Harsha saw a gap in the market and leveraged his existing companies and expertise to develop Redy. The company aims to empower restaurants to reach newfound levels of success while simultaneously improving customer experiences. With a large future product roadmap to give Redy its competitive edge, it is ready to tackle the complex and challenging market.
Redy Technologies has launched a web-based platform with a unique pay-per-transaction fee. This model empowers the customers to grow with low to no start-up fees and ensures that Redy is there to grow with the customer.
As Harsha considers the future of his entrepreneurial career, he hopes to bring more novel products to the market. “There are so many problems to be solved across the entire spectrum of business and I’m very interested in pinpointing how technology can fill those gaps,” Harsha shares. “My main goal as a business owner is to make cutting-edge technology accessible to ordinary people looking for products with better functionality than what is available on the market now.”
