Many attribute the world’s most profound public figures’ success to luck and pure talent, but the real recipe for abundance lies in one’s ability to co-create with the universe. Lady Yaa, a serial entrepreneur, international business executive, and mentor to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) has brought this truth to light through her own path to greatness.
Born into a rich multicultural environment, Lady Yaa has made use of her unique upbringing, forging connections with prominent business leaders and taking after her entrepreneurial parents. As the eldest child of a young mother, Lady Yaa grew up quickly, becoming a leader in and out of the home. She created several businesses and demonstrated her exemplary business acumen at an early age.
Lady Yaa soon built a strong reputation as someone wise beyond her years, capable of creating excellent results no matter the circumstances. Her drive for success was well-demonstrated throughout her childhood. Lady Yaa excelled at athletics and music among other pursuits. It was difficult at times to live with such intensity, but this pressure molded her into a highly accomplished businesswoman.
Fueled by a need to give back to her community and fight for justice, Lady Yaa pursued law at university but later realized her passion lay elsewhere. No matter what field she was in–banking, headhunting, or the nonprofit sector–Lady Yaa embodied leadership, compassion, and intelligence. She had spent so many years striving for perfection that this disposition became vital in many high-pressure environments. Lady Yaa climbed the corporate ladder at an impressive speed, leveraging her charisma and adaptability to become an indispensable asset to any organization. These valuable traits granted her access to elite circles in London and other international hubs. She landed in the right place at the right time, connecting effortlessly with political figures, business leaders, and other high-profile individuals.
After a fulfilling stint as a nonprofit’s senior executive, Lady Yaa felt pulled back to one of her deep passions in life: Coaching, mentorship, and service. She eventually established Olivia Sterling Group and her personal brand, offering luxury concierge services and hands-on coaching to HNWI and C-suite business leaders.
Lady Yaa never planned to become a coach, consultant, or serial entrepreneur. She followed her instincts and passion, and life led her there. Growing up, her propensity for counseling became apparent as she encouraged her mother to develop her own business and fully leverage her skills as a top-rated chef. As Lady Yaa connected with more individuals in need, she realized that her words were more than powerful. They were a profitable business waiting to happen. That epiphany, coupled with Lady Yaa’s desire to offer high-end services across air, land, and sea helped her career as an international business executive fall into place.
Besides an innate flair for problem-solving, Lady Yaa’s mindset is what truly enabled her to accumulate innumerable victories. “I’ve always been ambitious, but I didn’t realize until later in life that many of my goals and dreams were so much grander than other people my age. In my mind, shooting for the stars was something everyone did,” she says.
Lady Yaa hopes to pass on her wisdom to younger generations and aspiring business leaders. She crafted Powered By Success, a four-volume book series and transformational courses, to do just that. Since launching it, Lady Yaa has garnered overwhelming praise for her holistic approach to helping others achieve sustainable success, and she is optimistic that these lessons can empower millions around the globe.
