Danyel values being part of residents’ daily routines and finds inspiration in their life stories and resilience.
Baylei brings a strong background in caregiving, having worked in childcare and property management before earning her CNA. Known for her gentle bedside manner and commitment to learning, she strives to make each resident feel valued and supported. Baylei’s managers and residents admire her for her patience, professionalism, and genuine care she shows for her residents.
