Recently, in Pattaya – The NAR 2025 Dealer Conference was held at the Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort, with attendees benefiting from the sunshine and sea breezes of the location. Themed "Global drive, future filmed", the event was a great success. The gathering was not just a review of past achievements; it was a global strategic mobilization for the future. Core provincial service partners of NARPPF from around the world joined NAR's management team to:

- identify industry trends

- unveil major strategies and cutting-edge products

- mark the start of a new era for the brand's development.

The company is well-established on the global stage, and is at the forefront of technological innovation, shaping the future of the industry.

The conference commenced with a keynote speech by Mr. Yang Jiantang, Co-founder and Executive President of NAR Co., Ltd. The speech, titled "Global Vision, Co-writing a New Chapter," set out the strategic direction for NAR's next phase. Mr. Yang provided a comprehensive analysis of the significant opportunities and substantial changes in the current automotive aftermarket, particularly in the areas of paint and window protection films. He asserted that the industry is transitioning from its early phase of extensive growth into a new competitive era driven by four core factors: cost, technology, brand, and capital. In this vast, multi-billion-dollar arena, only companies with comprehensive capabilities will prevail.

Based on the findings of the assessment, Mr. Yang presented the core of NAR's global strategy for the first time in a systematic manner. "Empowered by technology, serving Chinese intelligent manufacturing with a global vision."He revealed that NAR will continue to increase its investment in R&D. Its Nantong facility is not only a recognized high-tech enterprise but is also constructing a high-standard CNAS-accredited specialty laboratory, with cumulative patent applications exceeding 25. At NAR, we are dedicated to incorporating rigorous quality management systems (such as IATF 16949) into every stage of our production process, from the procurement of raw materials to the precision coating stage. This ensures that each and every product we manufacture is able to meet global competitive standards. Mr. Yang stated that the company's objective is to become a world-class brand originating from China, emphasizing NAR's commitment to leading industry development.

Product as the Spearhead: Securing competitive advantages through the implementation of core technology

In line with the global strategy, Mr. Qi Jinglong, Deputy Director of R&D at Shanghai NAR PPF, presented two strategic window film products for 2026, representing the conference's inaugural technological highlight.

Mr. Qi was the first to introduce the new Optical Window Film G75. He noted that as the number of premium new energy vehicles (NEVs) increases, owner demand for zero signal interference and supremely clear visibility is intensifying. The G75 has been engineered precisely to meet this need. The product utilises revolutionary "Nano-optical Multi-layer Reflection" technology, employing precisely stacked layers of nano-scale resin to efficiently reflect infrared and ultraviolet rays while allowing visible light to pass through with minimal scattering. This means windows fitted with G75 offer drivers and passengers crystal-clear, natural visibility, coupled with superior heat and UV protection, all without any interference to in-car signals like 5G or GPS.

Mr. Qi then presented the Sputtered Metal Window Film KA-73, which represents championship-grade performance. He explained that the KA-73 utilises an advanced "11-layer dual-silver precious metal magnetron sputtering" process on imported substrates. This sophisticated multi-layer structure achieves an exceptional total solar energy rejection rate, thereby significantly reducing air conditioning load within the vehicle. The product's distinctive coating design offers a sophisticated, deep metallic sheen that enhances the aesthetic appeal of windows, while also providing enhanced safety and thermal insulation.

Mr. Qi emphasized that these two new products are a concentrated embodiment of NAR's profound R&D heritage. From "Sunroof Ice Armor" to "Skincare Ceramic Film," and now the G75 and KA-73, NAR has built a comprehensive product matrix covering all scenarios and diverse needs. All products strictly adhere to, and often surpass, industry standards, having passed rigorous testing by international authoritative bodies. The "Genuine Materials, Ample Quantity" principle is the brand's most solid promise to vehicle owners and partners.

Brand Leap: Strategically Building a Sustainable Growth Engine for the Long Haul Through Trust

In the face of a growing homogenization of the market and mounting customer acquisition costs, Ms. Ciao Xu, Brand Director of Shanghai NCT Materials Co., Ltd., has unveiled the company's strategic plan for the NARPPF 2026 brand. The company's core principle is a systematic transition from "selling products" to "building trust."

Ms. Xu announced that the NARPPF brand would launch a year-round campaign centred around three core content IPs: "NAR Laboratory," "Chinese Technology in an AutoFilm," and "NAR Stories from car owner."The "NAR Laboratory" will be comprehensively upgraded from online videos into mobile, interactive offline experience installations, deployed in stores and auto shows, allowing consumers to personally verify product performance and translate technical specifications into tangible trust. The documentary series Chinese Technology in a Single Film will focus on the founding team, R&D engineers, and quality inspectors, showcasing the craftsmanship behind the products and providing a deeper insight into the brand.

In terms of market execution, NARPPF will focus on the core demographic of "premium NEV owners". The company will establish deep connections with mainstream NEV brands and owner clubs in order to cultivate a clear brand perception as the "Preferred Paint Protection Film for NEV Owners". At the same time, the new "Gold Partner" programme will provide provincial service partners with comprehensive support. This will include standardized content libraries and digital marketing tools, as well as systematic training. The aim is to create a genuine community of shared destiny. Ms. Xu has stated that the objective of these efforts is to achieve "brand-driven growth" for NARPPF, with a view to assisting partners in achieving significant performance improvements in 2026.

A Celebration of Excellence, Embarking on a New Journey with Outstanding Partners

The grand awards ceremony at the conclusion of the annual conference brought the event to its climax. Five major annual awards were presented, recognizing provincial service providers who demonstrated outstanding performance over the past year:

Forging Ahead, Charting the Future: Representatives from NAR and Provincial Service Providers have signed on-site contracts to secure the 2026 strategic targets

The event transitioned into a more pragmatic and pivotal phase: the signing ceremony for the 2026 Provincial Service Provider Distribution Contracts. In a striking demonstration of shared dedication, NAR's management team and its core service provider partners from across the nation formally signed their strategic cooperation agreements for the new year, thereby solidifying their 2026 sales targets.

This was more than a confirmation of numbers; it was a reinforcement of confidence and a mutual acceptance of responsibility. Each contract represented a significant milestone in the growth of NAR and its nationwide network, solidifying its status as a true "Billion-Dollar Partner." This collective action has enabled the partnership to activate the blueprint for 2026, marking the start of a new phase of collaborative advancement and value creation guided by a shared global vision.

The journey began in Southeast Asia, and then continued across the globe. This Thailand Annual Conference is a significant milestone for NARPPF, as it represents our entry into the global market. NAR is working closely with its global partners to expand into new markets. This is being achieved through a clear global strategy, cutting-edge product innovation, and a brand upgrade that is focused on trust.
