HOMEstretch’s Fayetteville–LaGrange franchise announces its new home preparation service to allow homeowners and realtors quick and easy access to turnkey solutions. Founded and led by Destiney Emberton, the new service officially began operations on January 20th, 2026, entering the market as a fully-staffed platform focused on delivering ROI-driven property modifications and streamlining how homes are prepared for sale.

“We’re a one-stop shop. We can do everything needed to effectively put a house on the market,” Emberton says. The franchise champions this centralized service model for residential property preparation, consolidating clean-outs, landscaping, painting, flooring, and deep-cleaning. The service primarily panders to real estate professionals, offering a solution to eliminate multiple vendors and disjointed project management. “Realtors and homeowners don’t need different contractors or fragmented schedules. They need one accountable partner. The quicker a house is prepared, the faster it can sell, making all involved parties happier,” she adds.

As a woman-owned franchise, Emberton has curated the service with a fully-operational team in place, including business development, project management, executive administration, and on-field coordination. This all-encompassing strategy is a step toward offering homeowners and realtors a reduced turnaround time of renovation cycles. “Our project timelines range between seven and ten days,” she says. In doing so, the company aims to strengthen market performance for sellers.

As targeted upgrades and property improvement form the foundation of the new service, Emberton focuses its strategic investments on what she believes to be the highest-impact areas in a home: floor and walls. According to her, these account for the majority of buyer perception and visual impact. “About 90% of what people notice when they walk into a home is floors and walls. Those surfaces can influence the overall value and emotional response of the buyer. Just focusing on those elements can make a huge impact on the overall ROI for the seller,” Emberton explains. With that view, the company prioritizes paint, flooring, and cleanliness with the purpose of infusing modernity in every corner of the house and optimizing presentation with controlled costs and timelines.

Additionally, the franchise integrates technology to improve service delivery and client experience. Emberton emphasizes that her digital marketing initiatives drive lead generation and business development, while an AI-powered visualization tool allows clients to preview renovations before making any commitments.

“They can upload an image of the area, change the colors of the cabinets, change the flooring, redesign the bathroom, anything,” she explains. If clients are putting capital into their renovations, they’d want to know what that can look like in advance. With our technology, they are now able to do that.” Such advancements, she notes, could help reduce uncertainty and accelerate decision-making.

Emberton’s connection to the business model is personal as well as professional. Having relocated seven times across multiple states, she experienced firsthand the operational complexity and inefficiencies associated with moving and home preparation. That lived experience shaped the design of the centralized service structure. In addition, her experience as a nurse for 20 years and later serving in healthcare leadership equipped her with the skillset to manage large teams and complex operations. The franchise is also deeply engaged in the local community through ministerial work, healthcare outreach initiatives, and children’s programs.

Ultimately, the franchise’s new services are designed to be an asset for those realtors and homeowners who know that a simple handover is never enough. With its unified home-preparation model, she aims to grow her team and align HOMEstretch's Fayetteville–LaGrange franchise with a broader structural shift toward integrated service platforms and operational consolidation. As Emberton reduces fragmentation with control and streamlines renovation support, she is building an infrastructure that transforms how a house moves from lived-in to list-ready.
