Mortgage Executive Magazine compiles one of the industry’s most comprehensive lists of top-performing mortgage professionals nationwide. The Top 100 mortgage originator list first debuted in 1995 in Mortgage Originator magazine, and in 2011, the rankings expanded to recognize the top one percent of the hundreds of thousands of mortgage originators across the United States.
To be eligible for the Top 1% list, originators must have achieved at least $25 million in personal production in 2025, making the recognition a true reflection of each honoree’s personal production and performance. The program was created to recognize and celebrate the service, dedication, and hard work that leading mortgage professionals invest in guiding clients through the home loan process.
In addition to this incredible Top 1% recognition, seven NFM Family of Lenders originators were also named to the prestigious Top 200 mortgage originators list, further underscoring the exceptional level of talent across the organization. Those honorees include Oleg Tkach, ranked #23; Petros Christophilis, #47; Tina Konidaris, #65; Jane Floyd, #123; Dana Gounaris, #159; Ron Gosewisch, #170; and Daniel Sa, #179. Their inclusion among the nation’s top-producing mortgage professionals is an extraordinary achievement and a testament to their leadership, consistency, and impact.
