Park Avenue Church of Christ will host Re|engage, a 16-week marriage enrichment program beginning August 2, 2026, for couples who want to invest in their relationship and build a stronger, healthier marriage.
Re|engage is a Christ-centered marriage ministry designed to help couples reconnect, improve communication, work through challenges, and develop practical habits that support lasting growth. The program combines biblical teaching, personal reflection, and honest small-group conversations in a welcoming and supportive environment.
The program is open to couples in every season of marriage. Some may be looking for ways to make a good marriage even stronger, while others may feel distant, disconnected, or stuck in unhealthy patterns. Re|engage provides a place for couples to slow down, focus on their relationship, and take meaningful steps forward together.
“Every marriage can benefit from intentional time, encouragement, and the opportunity to grow,” said Basil McClure of Park Avenue Church of Christ. “Re|engage is not about pretending marriages are perfect. It is about creating a safe and supportive environment where couples can be honest, learn together, and discover renewed hope for their relationship.”
Throughout the 16-week experience, couples will explore topics including communication, conflict, forgiveness, expectations, emotional connection, commitment, and the role faith can play in building a healthy marriage.
Re|engage is a church-based marriage enrichment and discipleship program and is not therapy, professional counseling, or a substitute for licensed mental health care.
The upcoming Re|engage program will begin Sunday, August 2, 2026, at Park Avenue Church of Christ in Denison, Texas. Couples throughout Denison, Sherman, Grayson County, and surrounding communities are invited to participate.

Through biblical lessons, personal reflection, honest conversations, encouragement, and accountability, Re|engage recognizes that lasting life and marriage transformation often occurs through meaningful relationships with others.
