After reaching the #3 spot as the best selling single on Amazon.com a few weeks ago, hopes were high that "At Fenway," might receive a Grammy nomination this year. The song, written by Brian Evans and produced by Narada Michael Walden, was listed in 8 categories for a trophy, but Evans is confident that next year will be different.

"At Fenway" will have another bite at the apple next year. It was entered as a single this year, but the album itself will be called "At Fenway," despite other tracks that will be submitted from the forthcoming album "At Fenway," which will put both the namesake on the ballot, and the album "At Fenway," as a whole, featuring all 12 songs that will be on the album," says Evans. "We accomplished what we wanted to by getting it out there, making it eligible, and to let the world and indeed the academy know that next year we're coming, and we'll be ready."

Evans has been opening for the likes of Jay Leno and Joan Rivers up until signing with producer Narada Michael Walden as his new producer. Walden has produced Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Elton John, Tom Jones, among others in the industry.

"The music business is just very different than it was ten years ago, so we're adapting and we're gonna make the best product we can for the fans and our peers," says Evans.
