Gurnee, USA, 02/13/2012 / SubmitMyPR /

Dynapar is pleased to be exhibiting at this year’s Motor, Drive & Automation Systems show in Orlando, Florida, March 13-14th, 2012. In addition to their successful line up of servo duty feedback devices, the product spotlight will be the upcoming servo duty incremental encoder, the ID35, which is slated to be released in Q2, 2012.

The new ID35 incremental encoder was designed to provide accurate velocity and position feedback as well as reliable electronic commutation for servo motor controllers.

The new design features:
• A broad range of resolutions of up to 5000ppr
• Easy installation
• Optional high temperature range of up to 120ºC
.
Dynapar standardized and customized brand motor mount encoders and Harowe brand resolvers are reliable, affordable and extremely compact in size to enable production personnel to monitor critical motor speed and position parameters within their motion control and production applications. Accurate motor speed tracking ensures optimum machine performance and operation designed to prevent motor burnout, or worst case, costly machine shutdown. Along with the incremental ID35, Dynapar will be showcasing their popular absolute line of servo duty encoders, such as the AD series, which are compact and come in various mechanical and electrical configurations to fit a variety of applications.

Dynapar will also feature the Harowe brand of frameless resolvers. These brushless resolvers are reliable, rugged, and highly customizable to meet exact customer specifications. Frameless resolvers are classified as servo duty for their servo ring mounting. Dynapar resolvers are extremely rugged devices with no internal electronics. They can perform flawlessly in harsh duty applications with severe shock, vibration, contamination and extreme temperatures.

The Motor, Drive & Automation Systems show is an international, industry-leading conference focused on the latest economic trends and technical advancements impacting motor, drive and automation systems. The show is focused on discovering new technologies that improve performance, energy efficiency and providing cost savings in a variety of applications. This show is a great platform to promote Dynapar’s servo product portfolio as the show focuses on exhibiting cutting edge technologies from leading automation suppliers.

Visit Dynapar at this year’s Motor, Drive & Automation Systems Show, Booth #516, to learn more about their incremental and absolute line of servo duty encoders and resolvers, as well as a hands-on look at the new upcoming ID35 incremental encoder. Dynapar will also be giving a brief presentation at their booth regarding choosing the right encoder for your servo application at 3pm on March 13th.
