HOUSTON'S VISION PRODUCTION GROUP GARNERS BIG WINS AT ADDY AWARDS

HOUSTON, TX – VISION Production Group took home eight ADDY Award designations on Saturday, February 25th at the 50th annual American Advertising Federation ADDY Award ceremony held at the Hyatt Regency in Houston, TX. The ADDY Awards are the world's largest advertising competition with over 60,000 entries annually and representing creative excellence in all types of media production.

VISION Production Group was nominated for an impressive 17 ADDY Awards this year including nominations for animation special effects, audio/visual sales presentation, cinematography, outdoor advertising, editing and sound design.

VISION was honored at the ceremony with top awards, earning three Gold ADDY awards including “Best Animation/Special Effects”, “Best Outdoor Advertising” and “Best Outdoor Board Usage”; for the 3D projection mapping animation they created for the launch of the Lexus CT200 hybrid vehicle. The 3D mapping animation, which was projected onto the side of the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, also garnered two special judge’s “Best of Show” designations.  

VISION was also awarded a gold ADDY for “Best Sound Design” and a silver ADDY for “Best Special Effects” for their work on the Greater Houston Partnership’s World Trade Soiree pre-event marketing video.  

The judges gave VISION the “Best Editing” designation for a video the company produced for the 42 Annual Rotary Lombardi Awards.
