Win a Family Ticket to the Just So Festival with the Book People

Online book store the Book People is currently running a fantastic competition in which applicants can win a family ticket to the annual Just So Festival.

The Book People is one of the UK’s favourite online booksellers and has a huge range of cheap fiction, great books for kids and lots of other books, and as well as browsing its virtual shelves, customers can also enter competitions run on the Book People Facebook page.

Right now, customers can visit the Book People’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/TheBookPeopleLtd to see the current competition, which offers fans and customers of the retailer a chance to win a family ticket to the popular Just So Festival, which is held at Rode Hall Parkland in Cheshire. The festival takes place from 17th - 19th August and is designed for families, so those that want to treat the kids to an amazing weekend away should definitely apply.

Family tickets include entry to the festival for two adults and two children, as well as three nights of camping at the onsite campsite. The winner will be able to take part in all of the exciting festival activities over the weekend as well, which are set to include a whole host of exciting events.

The festival site will be split up into different areas where families can enjoy a range of activities. For instance, the Footlights stage (which is the main stage at the festival) will play host to musical artists like 'Arthur Rigby & the Baskervylles', 'Hooks', 'Weekend Sun' and 'The Robbie Boyd Band', while the Lazy Days area has been designed to contain all of the games and sporty activities at the festival. These include amazing spectacles of fire juggling, lessons in the art of trapeze and action painting performances.

There will also be a Jitterbug area where families can enjoy some dancing lessons together, as well as the Nowherenow area for magicians. The 40 Winks is designed to give kids a chance to wind down after a long day of fun and excitement, and the Wild Things area contains all things nature, from bug hunting to den building.

All fans and customers of the Book People need to do in order to get a chance to win is head to the retailer’s Facebook page now and like it. Then, just answer this simple question: ‘What activity do you most love to do with your children?’ The short form on the Facebook page requires entrants to complete a short paragraph answering the question, and they also need to include their name, address, phone number and email address on the form so they can be notified should they win. After that, all that’s left to do is complete the online application form and send it off.
