Minnesota Nice Grill Grand Opening at Carlos Creek Winery

Carlos Creek Winery, in Alexandria is excited to celebrate the grand opening of their newest addition – The Minnesota Nice Grill on August 17-19.

The Grand Opening of the Minnesota Nice Grill will feature live music, great food, amazing wine, and a guaranteed good time. They will even be drawing for various prizes throughout the weekend. This includes an amazing Winery Party Package for 8 including wine, pizzas, and paninis.

By taking a look at the menu, it is clear that the grill will have something for every taste palette. The paninis are served with kettle chips and range from a Mediterranean Panini with grilled chicken breast, sun-dried tomatoes, fire roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, spinach, feta cheese, hummus, and fresh oregano to the simple Plain Jane that is made with ham and cheese.
The pizzas on the menu are no different. The Minnesota Nice Grill is serving up Thai chicken, chicken veggie, Italian, Pepperoni, and their special “Spike’s Pizza”.

Music for the event will begin at 2 p.m. each day. Rock and blues artist, Matt Veline will perform on both Friday and Saturday afternoon. Katie Ray, a 16-year-old country and pop artist, will be performing covers and original songs on Saturday.
