Rossi Chevrolet Buick GMC Launches New Courtesy Transportation Program

Rossi Chevrolet Buick GMC, has announced today a new courtesy vehicle program to provide customers with a Buick or GMC loaner vehicle while their car is in for warranty service. The program began in August 2012 and aims to help deliver a convenient experience for the Rossi customers.

“We are always looking for ways to improve the ownership experience and the Courtesy Transportation program will help enhance our relationships with our customers”, said Patti Sue Rossi, Customer Service Manager.

This program will also give Rossi Chevrolet Buick GMC the opportunity to offer extended test-drives to customers looking to purchase a new Buick or GMC vehicle. These test-drives allow customers to spend an extended amount of time with a Buick or GMC vehicle to evaluate the model's performance, fuel economy and technological features that they could not could with a standard test drive.

“The Courtesy Transportation Program will also allow us to get customers into the newest Buick and GMC vehicles including the Buick Verano and GMC Terrain,” said Patti Sue Rossi, Customer Service Manager. For example, a customer getting service on their Buick Lacrosse would be able to enjoy the unexpected luxury of the Buick Verano or the capability of the GMC Terrain.”

In addition to the courtesy vehicle program, Buick and GMC owners can count on trained technicians and the safety and security of ONStar. Owners of Buick and GMC models (2011 or newer) can access their vehicle information and ONStar services right from their smart phones. The myBuick and myGMC Apps, available as free downloads, will provide drivers with unprecedented connectivity to their vehicles from their Android or Apple iPhones device. The mobile application will tell owners where they parked, lock their car doors if they forgot and access key vehicle information including fuel levels and tire pressure.

This program is the latest step the NJ Buick Dealer has taken to improve a customer’s visit while at the dealership, including Free Wifi, coffee, snacks and modern waiting room enhancements.
