Honda Gallery Wins Dealer of the Year Award for Second Year in a Row

In a day and age when online reviews can have a huge impact on a company's bottom line, auto dealerships are no exception. DealerRater, the first worldwide car dealer review website, is once again honoring the showrooms that stand above the rest with positive reviews, and Honda Gallery, a Greater Boston Honda dealership, has been named Honda Dealer of the Year for the state of Massachusetts for the second year in a row.

DealerRater's Dealer of the Year Award Program recognizes select dealerships throughout the United States and Canada for outstanding customer satisfaction. To qualify, dealers must have at least 25 new reviews written on the site in the last calendar year and have an average rating that is higher than 4.0 out of 5.0. Combined, those two criteria form an algorithm to determine the winning dealerships. Honda Gallery currently carries a score of 4.9 out of 5.0.

U.S. News & World Report's awards are determined by each model's critical acclaim and long-term value. Editors examine auto critics' opinions, reliability data from J.D. Power and Associates and industry safety information to choose the best vehicles in each category. The Honda Fit's excellent handling, practical interior, low purchase price and impressive fuel economy all factored into its wins in both segments.
