22 (Twenty Two) is a Lifestyle and selfhelp book covering Islamic lifestyle in 88 short stories published by Ahlulbayt ltd Book Publishing team . The book Explores the lifestyle of Dr. Mostafa Chamran from the beginning to end as a brilliant example of Islamic lifestyle.

Mostafa Chamran
Mostafa Chamran Savei (8 March 1932 – 20 June 1981) was an Iranian scientist who served as first defence minister of post-revolutionary Iran and as member of parliament, as well as commander of paramilitary volunteers in Iran–Iraq War. He was killed during the war. He helped found the Amal Movement in southern Lebanon, and fought alongside Amal guerrillas in the late 1970s.
Chamran was born into a religious family on 8 March 1932 in Tehran.Earlier he was educated by Ayatollah Taleqani and Morteza Motahari. He studied at Alborz High School and then graduated from Tehran University with a bachelor's degree in electro mechanics.
In the late 1950s, he moved to the United States for higher education, obtaining an M.S. degree from the Texas A&M University. He then went on to obtain his Ph.D. in electrical engineering and plasma physics in 1963 from the University of California, Berkeley.
He was then hired as a senior research staff scientist at Bell Laboratories and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He was fluent in Persian, English, Arabic, French, and German.
Chamran was a member of the Freedom Movement in the 1960s.In the late 1970s and early 1980s, Chamran became politically active. He became a leading and founding member of the Islamic revolutionary movement in the Middle East, organizing and training guerrillas and revolutionary forces in Algeria, Egypt, Syria, especially Amal Movement in southern Lebanon.
He was later given a hero status and many buildings and streets in Iran and Lebanon, as well as major expressway, were named after him.

In the lifestyle, a person doesn’t easily overlook the pains of his/her fellow creatures; he/she is ready to put his/her life at risk so that others will not lose their comfort. The lifestyle caused this poem to be composed: The children of humanity are each other’s limbs That share an origin in their creator When one limb passes its days in pain The other limbs can’t rest easy The lifestyle is followed by the comprehensive development of the human being; it doesn’t let you become a caricature of yourself. You have seen a caricature, haven’t you?! In the lifestyle, you don’t see injustice. Backing out, playing falsely, betraying and being unkind are meaningless … And of course maybe you think that this is all make-believe … No, friend! There are those who live this way, and even more so. It was some years that people with this lifestyle appeared increasingly, a little farther, in Iran. But as if the great evils did not find any way to eliminate this kind of life except by attacking Iran militarily through their then puppet, Iraq, but they could not foresee the consequences. Maybe you do not believe it, but it was the very war that exhibited the same lifestyle which they did not want that it exists.
