AA-ISP Announces the Inside Sales Hiring and Team Assessment Solutions

The AA-ISP, in conjunction with Chally Group Worldwide, is proud to introduce the Inside Sales Hiring Assessment Tool for the Inside Sales Community.

The top challenge for Inside Sales Leaders, based on the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals (AA-ISP) 2013 Inside Sales Top Challenges Research Report, is finding and hiring qualified candidates. In order to address this issue, the AA-ISP, in conjunction with the Chally Group Worldwide, is proud to introduce the Inside Sales Hiring Assessment Tool for the Inside Sales Community.

The Assessment has been designed specifically to fit the profile of today’s professional inside sales representative. The three critical areas, which the assessment provides pre-hiring feedback on, are the core competencies and skill associated with traditional inside sales, along with some focus on business development and account management. The assessment itself takes candidates about 30 minutes to complete. The hiring manager or HR / recruiter is provided with a comprehensive report and scoring around several critical success factors indicating how the individual compares to a large sampling of successful professionals.

In addition to the hiring assessment tool, the AA-ISP also offers a Chally based Team Talent Audit. This solution is a management tool for sales leaders to use to predict who in their current inside sales force or management team is most likely to perform successfully and execute each component of their role and organization’s strategy. It is also used to help leaders focus their training efforts on any skills and development gaps which are uncovered.
