StarWalk Kids Media, the eBook publishing startup co-founded by children’s science author Seymour Simon and Liz Nealon, the former Creative Director of Sesame Street, have reached an agreement to make single eBook titles from their award-winning collection available to libraries through OverDrive.

School Library Journal described the StarWalk Kids collection as “gorgeously designed pre-K through grade 8 eBooks…tightly curated for exceptional quality.” The collection is about 60% nonfiction titles, and includes books by Seymour Simon as well as other award-winning authors such as Laura Vaccaro Seeger, Kathryn Lasky, David Adler and Doreen Rappaport.

“We’re very pleased to be offering our eBook collection through OverDrive” said Publisher Liz Nealon. “We want our children’s eBooks to be read as widely as possible, and with over 22,000 libraries served, OverDrive is a perfect choice for reaching children in libraries everywhere.”
