Florida investment management firm Financial Trust Asset Management based in Boca Raton, Florida was ranked #1 in the 5 Star US Equity Universe within Informa Investment Solutions’ PSN manager ranking database for the period ending September 30, 2013.

Financial Trust had 4 Separately Managed Account strategies at the end of 3rd Quarter 2013 that were among the top 10 performers within one or more peer groups reporting to PSN, the longest-running investment manager database in North America. These 4 strategies won a total of 17 Top Guns awards from Informa/PSN. Financial Trust Health Value™ strategy won 11 of the 17 Top Guns awarded from Informa/PSN.

Notably, Financial Trust Health Value Strategy was ranked #1 in PSN Five Star category for the US Value Universe out of 933 firms and 3014 peer products. The Five Star category ranks managers based on risk and return over a five year period. The strategy’s risk must be lower than the median in the peer group over the last five years while its return must be greater than the benchmark over a rolling three year window for the last five years.

Also, Financial Trust’s International Value Momentum, Asia Value Momentum and Latin Value Momentum strategies were also the receiver of Top Guns Awards for the periods ending September 30, 2013.
