On Monday evening (1/27/14), at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse in Coral Springs, FL, the staff and families of Residential Savings Mortgage, Inc. celebrated our first ten years in business. It was a fun evening, with a few speeches, lots of laughs, and many fond reflections of the times we have shared and the clients who have allowed us to evolve into a leading mortgage provider in the Florida market. Our first ten years provided many lasting memories and success beyond our greatest aspirations, and allowed us to build friendships with both employees and clients, which we feel is the very best facet of owning a small business.

Residential Savings Mortgage, Inc. started with little more than a commitment, and a killer logo, to be the very best Mortgage Company in Florida. Without a client base or an Alliance/Referral Network, we were diligent in providing great rates with low fees, and maintaining the highest level of customer service and respect to all clients. The growth from three people in a temporary office to two fully-staffed offices in Pembroke Pines and Hollywood, with more offices planned in the very near future, is a tribute to our clients' loyalty, competence of our employees, integrity and all things that makes America the greatest nation, today, tomorrow and always!!
