Arpeggio is a Piano Playing Robot that is self powered and will align himself in front of a piano with precision controlled movement. Arpeggio plays the keyboard as well as the pedals dynamically, with human touch and emotion.
For the sophisticated listener, the performance of this Robot is quite impressive. With over 1020 levels of keynote expression, whisper soft pianissimo and it’s thunderous fortissimo, it is simply the most human like playback ever heard. Proportional sustain pedaling allows the complete control of the dampers as originally recorded by the artist – adding to it’s realism & accuracies.
Going back as far as the early 1900’s, Artist’s from the past and present have recorded on some form of player piano technology. Todays special technology has allowed these performances to be captured and reproduced by this Droid robot. These pianists recording’s have been immortalized and are now being reproduced by Arpeggio the Piano SuperDroid.
Because Arpeggio the Piano Super Droid precisely captures the finest nuances of the original pianists recordings from the keyboard and pedal movements, he is a virtual clone of the original artist!
