The Santiago Firm, a celebrity and brand management firm known for its work with multiplatinum recording artist Bobby V, Hip Hop Legend Scarface of the Geto Boys, Iconic Bad Boy R&B group 112, and many more. Melinda has now added Book Publisher to her credits by starting Sfirm Publishing.
When asked why she decided to enter the book publishing industry, Melinda stated, “I am always looking for opportunities to expand my clients brands, and with so many celebrities who have such amazing life stories, it just made sense to put them in position to share their stories. After researching and speaking with industry professionals I decided it was better for
me to start Sfirm Publishing instead of seeking publishing deals. Being independent allows us to go to market quicker and maintain the creative direction of the books.”
Melinda partnered with LC3 Publishing an imprint of Leeds Press Corp. to provide everything her authors need to bring books to market to include editing, proofreading, formatting, cover design, marketing, and distribution. Under this deal she has released her first book, Grams to Grammys by The Nappy Roots founding member Ryan Prophet. His biography is the first from her
