American Manganese Chief Executive Officer Larry Reaugh joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has completed their most recent financing with institutional investors for aggregate gross proceeds of 20 million dollars.
Reaugh telling Proactive, the net proceeds of the Private Placement are expected to be used by the Company for working capital and general corporate purposes as they continue their focus on the upcycling of lithium-ion battery waste into high-value battery cathode materials, using its closed-loop RecycLiCo.
