Do you get nervous, confused, or unsure when you hear the words, "Thesis Statement"? Are you unsure what is expected in Canada with regards to Thesis Statements in essays?

This workshop takes the stress out of thesis statement writing by outlining the expectation in Canada: A thesis statement’s definition, characteristics, and general differences between a weak and strong thesis statement. If you are new to thesis statements or just want a refresher, come join us and learn more about this common element in essay writing.

This workshop is hosted by Brock International Services and is open to all students – both domestic and international.
