ABSTRACT
China's total imports of manganese ore during the first three quarters of this year rose by 3.8% to reach 23.06 million tonnes, but the on-year growth slowed down significantly compared with the 10.1% jump for January-August due to the tumble in September import volume, according to thelatest detailed data released by China's GeneralAdministration of Customs.
Last month's total imports slipped for the second month to total 2.21 million tonnes, after the on-month fall of 16,649 tonnes or 0.8% to refresh the lowest since July 2020, the customs data showed.
