Compañía Minera Autlán, S.A.B. de C.V. (Autlán) announces that it has signed a Market Maker agreement with Casa de Bolsa Santander, S.A. de C.V., Grupo Financiero Santander México, to start operations today with a validity of 6 months.

Santander, in its capacity as a market maker and with the objective of promoting the liquidity of Autlán shares, as well as to establish reference prices and contribute to the stability and continuity of share prices, will operate the shares of the Series "B" of Autlán that are listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange.

With the incorporation into the market maker program, Autlán strengthens the objective of boosting the marketability and maintaining greater stability in the operation of its stock.
