Introduction
This Management Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") of the results of operations and the financial condition of Meridian Mining UK Societas, formerly Meridian Mining S.E., ("Meridian" or the "Company") is the responsibility of management and covers the three-month period ended September 30, 2021. This MD&A takes into account information available up to and including November 25, 2021, and should be read together with the audited consolidated financial statements and notes for the year ended December 31, 2020, which are available on the SEDAR website at www.sedar.com.
