Job description
We have an exciting role in an established but growing agency. Looking for strong data-driven SEO professional with experience working on large eCommerce websites as well as highly niche sites.
In this lead role, you will work closely with the Head of SEO to manage the strategy for a number of websites & enable the SEO team to develop and grow in line with SEO best practice.
As the SEO Team Lead, you will oversee and contribute to the SEO workflow for agency clients, working within a team to deliver work across the full spectrum of SEO.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Keyword research
- Keyword mapping
- Content strategy
- Content mapping
- On Page Optimisation
- eCommerce optimisation
- Local SEO
- Content Reviews
- Full technical SEO audits, recommendations & implementation
- Site speed audits & recommendations
- Monthly reporting & data insights
- Client presentations
- Training of junior team members
- Strategic direction across multiple clients
- Develop well thought out and accurate KPIs
- The ability to set ROI based models and strategies
- Build & edit websites in mainstream CMS’s
- Drive enhancements in approach and process to develop the Algorithm SEO product
- Team management (Performance reviews, job descriptions, developments etc)
- Assist in new business generation, pitches and proposals

- Option to work remotely a few days a week after probation
