The Pakistani American investors presented a whole lot of ideas to the government inorder to grow the IT sector in Pakistan
Pakistani-American Information Technology (IT)/Tech entrepreneurs just recently expressed their desire to invest in Pakistan’s IT sector. These desires were announced in a meeting between American-Pakistani entrepreneurs and Pakistan’s IT ministry.
Muhammad Ishaq Dar minister of finance and revenue Pakistan in collaboration with Ayaz Sadiq minister of economic affairs Pakistan, organized this virtual conference with the Pakistani-American IT/Tech entrepreneurs. A lot of big names such as Minister of state for finance and revenue, Aisha Ghaus Pasha, Governor of state Bank Jameel Ahmed, Ambassador Masood Khan and other several members of Pakistan delegation accompanied the session.
Dar said economic stability of Pakistan is the government’s major goal. We have also taken few decisions in past few months for improving and facilitating citizens for this purpose. Its the need of the hour to put Pakistan on the route of economic revolution.
According to Dar this sector holds massive potential to grow and polish Pakistan’s economy only if work is in accordance with hardwork and determination.
Minister of finance of Pakistan Miftah Ismail in the meeting said that “the government was according priority attention to IT/Tech sector and Pakistan’s Tech savvy youth was an immense resource which needed to be optimally tapped for the sectors growth.”
