MARKETING-INTERACTIVE would like to congratulate all the finalists who have represented their teams and showed their support of the inaugural edition of the Marketing Excellence Awards in Thailand.
The award show looks to showcase creativity and out of the box thinking in Thailand’s marketing industry and pave the way to higher standards for marketers. This year, there are 35 categories spanning across diverse marketing disciplines.
Finalists stand the chance of taking home either a gold, silver or bronze trophy for each category, with the ultimate prize being the coveted “Marketer of the Year” title.
The awards were judged by an independent panel of 15 client-side marketers. Sakda Toruen, chief marketing officer, SUCCESSMORE Being Public, said campaigns were hard to judge given the high calibre of creativity and effective solutions.
Another jury member, Ross Brannigan, head of digital strategy & marketing, Hans Airways said that “the quality of initiatives made it challenging to pick clear winners” as each entrant exhibited all round strength from conception to execution.
“The extent of the marketing innovation, creative approach and strategic vision is clearly evident and keeps pace with one of the global economies’ highest growth regions.
