Our friendly team of 18 is based in Kendal on the edge of the Lake District. We work closely with our authors, copyeditors, printers, distributors, retailers and media and many others in the outdoor community.

What the role is accountable for
Website:
- Systematically improving website performance according to Website Strategy and annual Marketing Plans
- Specifying each project in detail to ensure external developers will deliver quality work on schedule
- Overseeing the smooth running of website operations from Cicerone's perspective: orders, down time, on-site communications, etc
SEO:
- Delivering measurable improvements to SEO
- Coordinating SEO and website materials across the team
