Webster City Area Chamber of Commerce and Kendall Young Library are partnering with Grow with Google to help local businesses and surrounding communities learn digital skills with a free workshop on Tuesday, August 29 at noon.
The seminar will be held at Kendall Young Library, 1201 Willson Ave., Webster City, in the lower level meeting room.
At the Grow with Google workshop, individuals will learn how to increase sales using Google tools. This workshop explains how Google Search works and how you can improve a website’s visibility with Search Engine Optimization. The session also introduces products like Google Business Profile, Google Trends, Search Console, and Google Ads.
Lindsey Newland, founder of The Newland Company, a graphic design and marketing strategy firm based in Ottumwa, will be the live presenter.
Chamber members will be provided a complimentary lunch, and nonmembers may purchase a lunch for $15. This is free event open to all.
