Easter Celebration Events at PlazAmericas

Houston, TX (WiredPRNews.com) PlazAmericas (formerly Sharpstown Mall) is pleased to announce its Easter celebration. PlazAmericas invites all to join us as we celebrate for a week long celebration of the Easter holiday.

During the week leading up to Easter from Saturday, April 16th to Saturday, April 23rd PlazAmericas will have an Easter display in the El Mercado area of the mall on the 1st level. Families can bring a camera and take a photo with the Easter Bunny from 2pm to 6pm. Photos are free of charge and open to everyone.

On Easter Sunday, April 24th from 12pm to 7pm the Easter Bunny will be hopping around PlazAmericas visiting everyone and providing special treats for the children. Free entertainment will be provided in the PlazAmericas Food Court from 12pm to 7pm and in El Mercado at PlazAmericas from 2pm to 5pm – where the Easter Bunny will also have fun, games, and prizes for the entire family to enjoy.

With over 100 stores, PlazAmericas is a family-friendly Houston shopping mall, answering the needs of the community and welcoming everyone for fun, Houston entertainment, and shopping. PlazAmericas provides free weekend entertainment on the second level of the mall in the Food Court. PlazAmericas has a new 73,000 square foot El Mercado, a Mayan themed play area which is conveniently located so parents can dine at the many new eateries, relax, and enjoy free shows while children enjoy the giant play area.
