A Look into Leadership: The Good, the Bad, and the Not-so-Effective

Today NETtime Solutions, a pioneer in SaaS time and attendance, announced their first survey of 2013, which focuses on business leadership styles and the impact of management types on employees. It can be argued that more than having a great product or service, having effective leaders in an organization is vital to the success of a company as a whole.

NETtime will look at what makes a good leader from the followers’ perspective. After determining which leadership style is the most common, the survey poses questions that focus on which type of leadership individuals perform better under. NETtime will also collect information on real-life examples of how management can inspire a workforce.

The survey is open to everyone and will run through February 28th, 2013.
