Los Angeles, CA - Being a mom is often a full-time job, and many mothers also couple it with a business career. How do they do it? Tomorrow morning at 11am PT, Leana Greene and Ken Rutowski will be hosting the radio show Business Rockstars and interviewing Samantha Ettus, a work/life balance expert who has an MBA from Harvard University.
Samantha has coached thousands of women - including celebrities, entrepreneurs, CEOs and professional athletes - on how to succeed in their professional and personal lives. As a writer for Forbes magazine, she teaches women what it really means to be "present" as a mother while having a career.
"As working moms, it's so important to realize that being the best parent that you can be when you are with your children is ten times better than just being with them all the time without really being present," Samantha tells KidsInTheHouse.com .
Leana Greene, CEO of Kids In The House, has learned a lot about " mommy guilt" from Samantha and is excited to learn more from her on Business Rockstars.
"I myself have struggled with the work/life balance and felt the guilt of not being enough for everyone," Leana says. "I think my trick to being happy and successful in both business and motherhood is to eliminate that feeling of guilt about not having enough time."
Samantha will be featured on Business Rockstar's "Rockstar Women" segment. To watch or listen to the segment, click here.
