For Brad Yasar, the founder of Beyond Enterprizes, his company’s creation has been the culmination of skills and projects that date back to when he began to code at the age of six. His passions in life have lied in technology, while his education has centered in economics and finance, granting him the broad scope of skills necessary to start many different projects in various areas.
In Yasar’s many years of projects and business aspirations, he’ll tell you the most significant lessons that put him on a path to success have come out of the times he came up short.
“I’m on my 14th company, and I’d say 7 of them failed. You always learn more from failure because it creates forward momentum when analyzing what you need to do better. When things are going well, you are much less likely to dwell on the things that go wrong,” said Yasar.
Yasar’s newest endeavor, Beyond Enterprizes, started back in 2012 as a strategic advisory firm. It was built to solve the issues that he found to be the most common in the business world, but it eventually shifted its focus toward both blockchain technology and what Yasar referred to as a “360 partnership.”
“I realized that good advice without good execution will not yield results,” Yasar said.
Thus, the foundation of Beyond Enterprizes would be helping companies take a step-by-step path to reach the goals that they had in mind.
While blockchain technology remains a primary focus of the company, the expertise certainly doesn’t end there.
“We don’t only work with blockchain companies,” Yasar said. “In fact, many companies start out traditionally and become blockchain projects, whereas others may start as a blockchain project and end up not being one.”
This combination of business savvy, focus on personal and professional growth, and embrace of novel technologies is what makes Beyond Enterprizes cutting edge as an advisory firm.
Perhaps the biggest thing that excites Yasar is the level playing field that increased technology represents. According to him, new technologies such as blockchain and cutting edge digital marketing give small businesses a way to get exposure and create a business in a way they never could before. To him, expanding the use of blockchain across many industries is a goal for the near future.
“We’re really excited about blockchain technology, and we think that it can change every industry,” Yasar said.
Yasar mentioned some specific advances included the ability to safely and securely vote from your phone, the ability to be an angel investor without having tons of money to promote financial inclusion, and creating prosperous and inclusive infrastructures. All of these together, according to him, would present a significant positive impact on everyone, especially to the average person.
