A single mother of three children with no high school diploma, no GED, it was not easy to take the responsibility of running the business. Still, she started it. In no time, she was able to get a 45 % contract in the oil and gas industry. She is now the owner of an ample number of trucks, dispatchers, and a brokerage firm.
Now she has decided to teach the next generation on the different aspects of the industry. With this aim, she started “The Truckin Millionaires Tour.” It is a 2-day event scheduled for June 19, 2021, in Dallas, Texas, with a motive to train the aspiring entrepreneurs on the various tits and bits of the trucking business.

Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Kierra has established her business from scratch. One of the best traits in her quality is the “do or die” spirit. Even though she had very little knowledge of the industry and no qualification, she challenged herself. But starting on the journey was not so easy. She had to face many difficulties on the way, including financial problems, taking care of the parents and children, and running the business. Nothing was easy for her. But it is said that nothing can beat the one who is willing? She willed, and she achieved.

Now she is changing the lives of others too who are start-ups in the industry or struggling in it. Her sessions are all about the trucking business, how to become an independent dispatcher, a broker running a brokerage firm, or helping owner-operators learn how to get the contracts. In the training session, she intends to cover Hot Shots, Box Trucks, 18 wheelers, Freight, Dispatching, Fleet Management, Oil & Gas, DOT compliance, and more. She wants the next generation to emerge with new zeal and enthusiasm in the industry. They not only take it to a new stride but can also be the next “Truckin Millionaires Tour.”

Trucking in the United States remains a highly competitive, challenging, and equally lucrative business. It is the main contributor to the country’s GDP employing around 950000 truck drivers.
