Things may get delayed if any member of the team goes on leave due to an emergency. If one doesn’t have a backup to cope with this situation, this could put the project at risk. Not to mention that the entire team will be negatively affected. To avoid the ruckus, one must decide in advance “who would replace whom” in a moment of crisis. There are many ways to formulate a backup and the exact procedure of creating a backup may differ from company to company.

Setting Templates for Repetitive Design Tasks

By understanding the scope of the project, one can easily figure out the modules or templates that would fit in the project.

For instance, if a carousel post on a particular theme has to be designed every Thursday, one can tell their team member to make a tentative template that needs only minor customization when a set of images is designed every Thursday. This will save the team’s time which can be invested in further optimizing the design.

The idea behind consistent monitoring is to know not about the quantity of work done but the output. There’s a thin line of difference between the two.

While quantity means the amount of work delivered, output means the deliverables that are usable or approved by the client. In other words, total output is the difference between quantity and deliverables that have not been approved by the client.
