Grady was an investment banker, children's book author, real estate fund manager, real estate developer, K-12 education operator, and Hubei Province CPPCC appointed fellow. Throughout his career, he has raised billions of dollars in funds for acquisitions and investments in the United States, Hong Kong, and China. Grady has a bachelor's degree in business from UC Berkeley and a master's degree in business administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
